One of the things we’ve been intentionally doing in UP Manila is empowering our student leaders to preach and lead during our weekly gathering, Level UP. It has been encouraging to watch students boldly step up to minister to their own campus.
Just last Thursday, 29 students gathered for Level UP, and by the end of the night, 14 students responded to give their lives to Jesus 🙌🏼
After the preaching, the students broke into 7 small groups, where they processed the message together and shared practical ways they could apply God’s Word in their everyday lives. Moments like these remind us that discipleship truly happens in community.
God also opened a new door for us at Universidad de Manila (UDM) through one of their deans 🙏🏻
Because of this connection, we were invited to speak and facilitate one of their events attended by 300+ students. During the event, we were able to preach the gospel, invite students to our Youth Service, and witness 30+ students receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior 🤍
Please continue to pray with us, as another opportunity has opened for us to conduct a recollection for 600+ UDM students in the coming days. We’re believing for many more students to encounter Jesus and get connected to discipleship and community.
Thank you for your faithful partnership with us in reaching and discipling the next generation. Your prayers and support are helping open doors across the campuses of Taft and beyond! 🙏🏻
